How To Make Pesto Chicken In Microwave | Voltas Beko

A cricket match party calls for a family meal that is cooked in no time. Try this Pesto Chicken recipe at home with #VoltasBekoMicrowave and cheer for your favorite team!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- ¼ cup of grated cheese
- 4 tablespoons olives
For pesto sauce:-
- 15-20 basil leaves
- 5 tablespoons peanuts
- 6-7 garlic pods
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Directions: -
- Place the chicken breast halves on a microwave-safe platter. Season with salt & pepper.
- Cover with a single layer of thick paper towel and microwave on high for 7 minutes.
- Uncover the chicken & top it with pesto sauce & cheese.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley & olives, serve immediately.
