How to check power supply

If a power plug is not correctly plugged into a socket, unit cannot be turned on.
Please check if a circuit breaker has been tripped while using multi plug socket.
Please try plugging other devices like cell phone charger to check if the socket works.
If the machine cannot be turned on, please contact customer care.
