How to prevent excess cooling

Check the temperature setting of refrigerator. If the temperature is set at too low, it might freeze the food.
If foods having high water content are placed near the cold air duct, they might freeze.
If the refrigerator is installed in a too cool place, the food may freeze irrespective of the temperature being set.
